We’re happy you’ll be staying with us.

To make your trip as enjoyable as possible, we have a convenient and personal system to help you get moved in and comfortable in your sunny home away from home.

Step 1:

Your rental confirmation was emailed to you after we processed your deposit. We suggest you set up a folder called FLORIDA TRIP within your email system. Be sure to save all emailed documentation in this folder so you can find it easily.

Step 2:

We suggest printing out the confirmation and driving directions to your rental home. Smartphone users, you can access all of this information on your mobile device by clicking the links within your email confirmation.

Step 3:

Print the handy packing list we’ve created just for you! We don’t want you to forget a thing – especially if you’re not accustomed to daily life in sunny warm weather. However, if you forget anything, we have you covered. Simply visit our local directory here.

Step 4:

CHECK IN IS AFTER 4:00 PM. We will text you a code around 4 to the number on file when the home is ready. We ask that you not drive to the home until you have received your code. Please plan your arrival times accordingly as we rarely can accommodate early check-in.

Keep our website handy as you’re traveling. Our THINGS TO DO and LOCAL HANGOUTS AND BEACHES pages are filled with personal recommendations that are easy to navigate on mobile devices. Want to know where the nearest grocery store is? Need to rent a stroller for your toddler? Wondering which museums to visit? Want to download maps to local parks and beaches?
