WATER VIEW is an amazing intracoastal waterway gem. This first floor condominium has breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway from the living room and master bedroom. Sit out on the dock and watch the morning sunrise, dolphins and manatees playing, and the boats going by. Perfect for couples and small families, this home has it all. The large pool and spa area is the place to be during the day soaking up the sun and relaxing. At night catch the evening sunset on the famous sand of Indian Rocks Beach. Come Feel the Florida Sun!

The fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar. Recently renovated with brand new appliances and white shaker cabinets.

The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV and free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.

The MASTER BEDROOM accesses the balcony overlooking the bay with a comfortable King sized bed. The master comes equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment and a walk in closet for storing your personal belongings.

The large MASTER BATHROOM is tastefully decorated with shower and tub.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen size bed, walk in closet and flat screen TV.

The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a full shower and bath unit.

The ENTRY FOYER has a futon and privacy curtains for an additional sleeping space.

The LARGE POOL AREA SPA AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing. There is a BBQ GRILL for your use.

The Washer and Dryer are just off the kitchen. Ironing boards, hair dryers and beach towels are provided.

Special Note: This home sleeps 4 in beds, one additional guest could sleep on the futon or one child in a pack n play for a total of 5 at anytime on the property.

Special Note: Smoking and Vaping is prohibited by condo association rule in all units and on all balconies. Designated smoking areas are provided at entrances to both buildings and on the dock. Pipe and cigar smoking is prohibited on the entire property.

Parking: One reserved parking spot next to the elevator is included.

In addition to being steps from INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, you are conveniently located near Historic Johns Pass where you will find water sports, dolphin cruises, fishing boats, dinner cruises and more. Wonderful and Relaxing

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterview 103. The condo was nicely furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and beach equipment. The pool area is very nice and the walkway to the beach is directly across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and boats. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you.

Peaceful Vacation with Great View of Inter Coastal Waterway.

"This is the third time we've rented condo #103 in Waterview, and each time we made sure to rent directly with Florida Sun Vacation Rentals. The complex has a great pool, and the grounds are kept up very well. The condo we rent overlooks the Inter Coastal Waterway. We enjoy peaceful afternoons watching the boats go by while sitting on the lanai. The condo itself is clean and fresh, with nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furniture is clean, newer, and most important, comfortable. We especially like having laundry facilities right in the unit. Florida Sun Vacation Rentals is very easy to work and communicate with. They are responsive, both during our rental time and when questions have come up throughout the year. When making future rentals, we will definitely go through Brian at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals.

Beachy family vacation

"We enjoyed the tastefully decorated condo and the cleanliness. Great care was taken in the presentation and welcome feeling when entering. We enjoyed hours at the beach and the ease of getting there given the condo provided boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a sago to haul everything. It was a breeze and we were so thankful to have access to these extras. We cooked many meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The location with its view of the intercoastal waterway from our balcony and private dock made for the relaxing part of our vacation in-between daily excursions. Our first experience using Florida Sun Vacation Rentals was a positive one!

"We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean and spacious and offered all the amenities you could possibly need and more. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins and a manatee along with many different birds. The gulf is just across the street and the beach is clean and beautiful. There are many restaurants to choose from and water sport rentals close by. John's Pass is 15 minutes away and is so worth a visit. We had a great vacation and plan to return in the future

Perfect location!

"My family had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was perfect. If you can’t be gulf front this is the next best thing with the balcony facing the intercostal water and the private access to the beach directly across the street. Beds were comfortable and we liked the alcove with the futon for extra sleep options. Everything we needed was provided in this very well stocked condo. We loved seeing dolphins daily from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic view, great location

"We really enjoyed our stay at Waterview 103. The view was great and we loved the pool and hot tub. The grounds were immaculately clean. The unit was nicely furnished with very nice beach chairs and equipment. We enjoyed watching boats on the intracoastal from our living room and balcony. The beds were very comfy and it was a great location to unwind and relax for a week. We ventured to Disney one day (1 1/2 hour drive) and had a great time. We have rented in this area for 7 years and this is our favorite condo and location. We would love to be guests again in the future.

Stellar Getaway During a Stressful Year

"This condo provided a peaceful place to relax while watching the boats go by on the ICW. The pool was warm and inviting, and gave us a place to swim and read during the afternoons. With the beach just across the street, it was easy to take a walk there each day, and we got to see sunsets most evenings. The condo has a beach feel to it and has a kitchen well equipped for any meal we wanted to prepare. We were pleased with the gas grill on the property, and found ourselves using it frequently. All in all, we found this condo to be a wonderful place to relax and get away from the world at large. It is extremely convenient to many great restaurants, and there are several grocery stores within a convenient drive. We plan to return often in the future.

I wish I was still there

"I highly recommend this condo! The entrance for the private fishing pier is just feet away. The balcony from the condo overlooks the pier and you can interact with family while you relax in the balcony and they fish. The condo has a fishing pole all set up for casting. My son used frozen shrimp for bate. We watched dolphins from the balcony!! The private entrance to the beach is priceless. The condo is equipped with everything ya need for the beach: cart, mats, chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler. The condo is set up quaint and adorable. We all slept well. There are plenty of towels/washcloths. Washer and dryer are right there in the condo too. We were busy with other things and didn't use the pool and hot tub, but it is centrally located, plenty of chairs, fenced in, clean. There is a grill available for use too. The town of Indian Shores is adorable, friendly people, stores and resturant are just a short distance. I probably left something out, but this site provided everything and more. I wish I was still there!

"Our stay was very pleasant. Enjoyed walks on the beach. Went to a Luau Party and met some very nice people. Danced the night away. Had a blast fishing from the private dock and cooking our catch. On our way back to Sanibel and Captiva before heading back home to the snow. M and K Low, Iowa.

"3-24-18 to 3-30-18 2 Adults and 2 Children. Had great weather all week long, sunny and upper 70’s. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella were key! We used them every day. Ate breakfast and lunch every day in the condo. For dinner would recommend Caddy’s Pub, Salt Rock Grill, Cesare at the Beach, and TJ’s Italian Café. Went on the little toot in Clearwater to see dolphins and visited the Clearwater Aquarium to see Winter! Location of the condo was perfect! Castonoli Family, Chicago, IL

"12/23/16-1/6/17 Not only were we able to enjoy Christmas and the New Year, but we were here to meet our first grandbaby born earlier in the month, enjoy our son marrying one daughter-in-law, and celebrate two birthdays!! We had a very busy visit and enjoyed every minute. Salt Rock was awesome! The Pub was a fun stop and the local pizza and ice cream were treats!! And, we enjoyed eating in a lot. The condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable and perfect for sunrises, watching dolphins, greeting fishing guests, and watching boaters go back and forth. This made our adventures more memorable. Caddy's on the Beach, Crabby Bills. Love the short walk to The Pub and the ice cream shop with homemade flavors, delicious! Great location. Love the bayside view. Very quiet and patio was relaxing, despite the construction next door. Love the short walk across the street to the beach. We had an amazing time. Can't wait to come back. "6/14/14-6/22/14 Found sand dollars and starfish. Liked the Conch and Candy Kitchen, but ate in most nights. This is our second time at this condo and we will definitely be back another year. "12/31/13-1/8/14 The weather was a wonderful relief from minus zero and 12" snowfall at home in NH. Really enjoyed the Dali museum, the sponge docks (delicious greek food), relaxing and refreshing walk on the beach gathering lots of shells, the Starlite Cruise, Ringling Bros. Circus Museum and Sarasota. Constant entertainment from balcony watching dolphins, flamingos, "freddie" the blue heron, white ibis, pelicans and seagulls. Condo was a "little bit of heaven" with every need anticipated by the owners. We are so grateful to our dear friends Nat and Larry for inviting us to share their vacation. Made amazing memories! "8/2/13-8/9/13 Perfect swimming and lounging under the umbrellas with our books- scuba diving, golf, building sand castles, playing with the kids in the pool and on the beach. Corby took long walks every day with the kids. Claire learned to go under water without going crazy. We celebrated Sarah's birthday. Jim sank a 30' putt for a birdie. Mary dove with stingrays. Jason almost brought a goliath grouper back from the dive. Vilma loved being with the family and grandkids. It was hard to be our grilling! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. "4/1/12-4/30/12 Warm mornings on the balcony are perfect for coffee. Shaded for afternoon cocktails. Try the Starlite Cruise out of St. Petersburg; supper out of Clearwater - great food and fun; 10 pm bowling in Dunedin; St. Jerome line dancing; St. Jerome fashion show at Belleview Country Club; Beauty and the beach; city wide garage sale - IRB; Zumba at Indian Shores townhall! Shopping at Bealls, Ross, Publix, CVS, Walgreens. Chicago at Ruth Ekherd Hall was great! Steak n Lake - Thursday night car show, Salt Rock Grill; Wed supper at First Baptist Church; Lighthouse (donuts) dessert at Bubba Gump's and Maggie Mae's. Hot tub in the evening; walking on the beach; watching the boat traffic on the waterway; birds were very entertaining as they stalked their prey and gobbled the fish; biking the Pinellas trail; chatting with neighbors at the pool. We loved John’s Pier, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Beach as well as the pool and beach

"8/29/11-9/3/11 We loved John's Pier, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Beach as well as the pool and beach across the street - watching dolphins and manatees from the balcony as well as the birds. Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf was also a good time, but busy on Friday nights. BBQ's by the pool was also a good time. Salt Rock Grill was awesome! We also loved Keegan's Grill, Slyce Pizza, Crabby Bills, and Los Mexican's. We ate in for lunch and breakfast to take advantage of the great kitchen. The condo is awesome and was fully stocked and spotless clean. We loved every minute and hope to return again! We usually go away on all-inclusives, but because of our great experience here, we won't hesitate to return. (Side note: Walmart is cheapest for groceries.) Thanks you have a fantastic place here! Gorgeous weather!

"7/16/11-7/23/11 Gorgeous weather! Deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dock fishing, MOSI, Adventure Island, watching the boats go by. We saw dolphins swimming by and even spotted a manatee one morning at sunrise! Every morning we woke up to sparkling water views. The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. Try PJ's (cheapest oysters & best grouper sandwich!) Sea critters (Pass-A-Grille), a bit of a drive but worth it! and Conch Republic - food is delicious! We have been vacationing in this area for about 15 years. Water View #103 is by FAR our favorite of all the places we have stayed. This was our first "non Gulf side" stay but it won't be the last! Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. "11/30/10 We went fishing with our boys. It was nice that the dock is right here. Mini-golfing, football on the beach and sunsets. We ate in. The kitchen is so well stocked that it was too easy not to! The condo is so nicely laid out. So spacious. Loved being out on the balcony watching boats and sunrises. We felt very at home! "Beautiful location, perfect for watching the dolphins swim by (multiple times during stay) and manatees (once). The location is walk-able to restaurants and a great ice cream shop. The beach is perfect in this area and the deeded access was a bonus! The other renters/owners in this building were lovely, personable and made us feel welcome. The condo was as described, very clean and comfortable. One thing to be aware of is the unit above was very noisy throughout our stay, they have full tile flooring, so any noise is definitely amplified. But if you are a heavy sleeper, not a problem.

"We loved this condo! Great location for a visit to the beach as well as Tampa & St Pete! Loved the view of the waterway & seeing dolphins, manatees and rays while sitting and fishing on the dock. The pool and hot tub were excellent! The condo is well stocked and very clean. The beach access was great! Would love to stay in this unit again!
